In the lightning experience, I like that I can now see my email text and background as different colors. But not the performance is very slow and unusable at times. I have had to turn off the Salesforce Dark Theme due to performance. Is this a know issue with 1.0.9? I also noted in paves that had charts, the test of the charts loads only if you turn off the Salesforce Dark Theme and back on.

Thank you for your work! When will it be posted? I look forward to using it.
When loading tickets in Lightning it takes 1.5 sec to load with the extension turned off. When turned on, it takes 11 sec. (version 1.0.9) Did not see in last update.

The Email body – Text background appears Greyish, instead of white.
Is there a way to change background to black, with text in white ?

Hello Sandeep, Thank you for sharing your feedback. As the email body appears in a separate iFrame and there was performance implication while making the background black and text white so by default it is set to grey background with black text.

I’ve noticed on report components, the Y-axis text is not legible. It is black text on a dark grey background. Do you know if this will be corrected soon? It’s hard for me to utilize this extension without this being visible.

Could you please update the extension to allow for more contrast? The bottom bar where you open a new case, omni-channel, notes etc. is black on black.

Love having the option of Dark Mode with this, but I’ve found when we have certain information in colored text to call it out in Knowledge articles the color is stripped when the extension is turned on. Same with table cell background colors in Knowlege articles.
